Pregnancy, breastfeeding, weight changes, aging, and gravity stretch the skin and ligaments that support the breast, causing it to droop and the nipple to point downward. A lift removes the excess skin and re-tents the remaining tissue into a firmer, higher shape. What to expect during the procedure
